How do you get clear support when a major brand’s customer service falls short?

Dealing with customer service for a big brand can be a mixed experience — sometimes it's responsive, other times it feels like you’re going in circles. I’ve had moments where getting an actual resolution seemed harder than the issue itself. I’m curious how others handle situations where the brand is well known but support feels slow or unclear. Do you find calling, emailing, or using social media gets better results? Any practical tips that actually made customer service work for you?

I never thought I’d be reviewing a beverage company’s support team, but after a disappointing delivery and missing warranty details on a case I bought, I needed answers. Before calling, I browsed Anheuser Busch customer service to see what others experienced, and that helped me frame my own questions. When I reached their support line, I found the representative knew the policies well and offered solutions right away. They didn’t fix everything perfectly, but their willingness to follow up and provide clear timelines made the interaction feel much more professional than I expected.
