I’ve been thinking about how hard it is to stay consistent with anything related to self-reflection. Not long ago I had this phase where I felt constantly distracted and kind of disconnected from what I was doing. I tried a couple of simple habits like writing down thoughts before sleep, but after a few days it just felt repetitive and I stopped. Then I randomly came across Liven while reading about different well-being tools, and it looked a bit more interactive than the usual stuff. Now I’m curious if anyone here actually uses it in a way that doesn’t feel forced. Does it become part of your routine naturally, or is it one of those things that feels useful only at the beginning?

I was just scrolling through topics and this one caught my attention. It’s interesting how many people are trying to find ways to stay aware of themselves without making things too complicated. I don’t really use apps for that, but I’ve noticed that my mood and focus are strongly affected by small daily habits I usually ignore. Things like how much time I spend outside or how often I take breaks seem to matter more than I thought. Lately I’ve just been paying a bit more attention to those details, and it slowly makes a difference.
