Do you guys actually check hashes after playing
I’ve been playing provably fair dice games on and off for a while, mostly for fun, but recently I started wondering if I’m actually using the tools correctly. I get the idea of client seed and server seed, but in practice I just roll and don’t verify every session. Do you guys actually check hashes after playing, or is it more of a “trust but don’t bother” thing? Also curious if anyone has small habits or strategies that helped them stay more disciplined instead of chasing losses.

Good question, and honestly you’re not alone. I used to ignore verification too until I forced myself to actually do it a few times. Once you go through the process manually, it clicks. On DuckDice, for example, they make it pretty straightforward to check rolls after the session, and that helped me understand what’s going on under the hood: https://duckdice.io/
As for strategy, I don’t believe in “winning systems”, but I do believe in routines. I set a fixed balance just for dice, verify at least one session per day, and never change my bet size mid-session no matter how tempting it is. That alone saved me from a lot of dumb decisions. The fairness tools don’t make you win, but they definitely keep things transparent and calm your mind.
