Wildlife is all around us – but sometimes it is hard to find! From shrews to blue whales, animals can be remarkably challenging to study in their natural environment. Yet understanding their abundance, habitat-use, and behaviour is crucial for biodiversity monitoring and conservation efforts. So to learn more about our furtive fauna, we need to get creative! Join us for an evening of Ecological Espionage as scientists from Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC) share their methods for spying on our most secretive species.
