Marianne McGregor is a prominent new voice in Scottish Jazz. Along with a band of in-demand top musicians the singer will bring her unique and enchanting vocal stylings to the Blue Lamp in Aberdeen. The audience can expect an eclectic mix of jazz both old and new, fresh takes on classic songs and some autobiographical original material. Marianne’s rich velvety vocals will engage listeners in awe, masterfully supported by her band of jazz killers - Paul Harrison on piano, Brian Molley on saxophone, Max Popp on drums and Mario Caribe on double bass. The concert will feature heartfelt delivery of love ballads and style that transcends old jazz with new elevated flair.
